FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

If your question isn't here, the contact page reaches a real person.

A short, subject-specific diagnostic finds your real starting point. As you work, every wrong, slow, or hesitant answer is classified against a specific concept node — so the system understands why you’re stuck, not just that you got something wrong.

A chatbot answers whatever you ask and moves on. It never checks whether the concept landed. We measure and act on mastery: we track which concept you keep missing across sessions and switch the teaching method until it sticks.

Student data is handled with privacy-by-design principles and used to improve that student’s learning and the mastery model. Institutions get their own data controls. We don’t sell personal data, and access is limited to what’s needed to teach.

Mathematics for grades 8–10 is live now, with Science, English, Coding Fundamentals and Competitive Exam Prep on the roadmap. Explanations are constrained to an approved, curriculum-safe method bank so teaching stays aligned to your board.

Any modern device with a browser — laptop, tablet, or phone. The experience is mobile-friendly and designed to be distraction-free for students.

The core product is the adaptive AI tutor and diagnosis engine. Live human-tutor hybrid features are a roadmap item, not part of the current MVP. In institutes, your own instructors stay in the loop via the dashboard.

A plain-language weekly summary showing which specific gaps closed and what’s next — not a raw score dump. It’s built to be read in a minute.

Fully on-demand. Students can get help whenever they’re stuck; practice sets adapt to their weak topics rather than a fixed schedule.

Method-switching helps by trying different explanation styles when one doesn’t land. We’re not a clinical intervention, but the adaptive approach is often gentler for students who don’t fit a single teaching style.

Yes. Each child gets a separate learning path, with a sibling discount so households expand rather than split budget across tools. Deeper multi-child account features continue to improve post-launch.

Institutions manage their own batches, set syllabus alignment per board, and access aggregate and per-student views through the teacher dashboard — a view layer over the same mastery data the engine already produces.

Families can cancel anytime. For institutes, the first cohort runs as a low-risk pilot (free or near-free), so you can validate results before committing to per-seat pricing.

Try it yourself

Get one wrong on purpose. Watch it change method.

This is the whole idea in miniature: a wrong answer isn't just marked. The tutor finds the gap and tries a different explanation until it lands.
