2UtorTech is operated by 2utor Tech (“we”, “us”). This policy applies to our website and the 2UtorTech tutoring service.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account details you provide at sign-up — name, email, phone, role (parent, student, or institute), grade/class, subject, and city.
• Learning interactions — the questions attempted, answers given, hesitations, and which explanations helped.
• Derived learning data — the concept-gap classifications and per-concept mastery estimates generated from those interactions.
• Basic technical data — device/browser type and similar information needed to deliver and secure the service.

Your information is used to:

• Diagnose the specific concept a student is stuck on and adapt the teaching method.
• Build progress summaries for parents and mastery views for teachers/institutes.
• Improve the concept-gap and mastery models that power the tutor.
• Review and approve new sign-ups and send you your login information.

Many learners are minors. Accounts for a minor should be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or an authorized institute. We use student data to support that student's learning and to improve the model — we do not use it to target advertising, and we never sell it.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our transactional email provider (Brevo) is used to deliver sign-up, demo, and contact messages. Institutions can access data for their own enrolled students through the teacher dashboard.

We keep account and learning data while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support re-enrollment and continuity of a student's learning path. You can ask us to delete an account, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Passwords should be kept confidential, and we recommend using a unique password for your account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect data appropriately.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, and you can withdraw consent for optional processing. Parents and institutes can manage the accounts they control. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
