Terms of Service

2UtorTech is an adaptive AI tutoring service that diagnoses the specific concept a student is stuck on and adapts the explanation method. It is provided by 2utor Tech (“we”, “us”). Mathematics for grades 8–10 is available now, with more subjects added over time.

When you sign up, you submit your details for review. Once approved, we email your login information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

If the learner is a minor, the account must be set up and supervised by a parent, guardian, or an authorized institute, who accepts these terms on the student's behalf. Institutes confirm they are authorized to enroll the students they add.

Families subscribe on a per-student monthly basis, with subject-bundle and sibling options. Institutions are priced per seat with volume tiers, and first cohorts may run as a low-cost or free pilot in exchange for classroom usage data and a case study. Fees, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Families may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.

You agree not to:

• Share account access beyond what your plan permits.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its models.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the service to harass others or violate anyone's rights.

2UtorTech is designed to supplement — not replace — a student's school or teacher. While we work hard to help students close gaps, learning outcomes depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any specific grade or result.

The service, including its software, content, and the concept-gap and mastery models, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended educational purpose. Your own submitted content remains yours.

We may update, improve, or modify features over time, and occasionally the service may be unavailable for maintenance. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the service and its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions (such as intellectual property and limitations) survive.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
